  • Argüden Governance Academy is a foundation whose mission is to develop trust in institutions for quality life and a sustainable future.

    In line with the vision of Argüden Governance Academy to "spread governance to all segments of society", we implement a free training program for young people. We established the Governance Youth Network with our graduates at the end of the YÖN101 Education Program, 8 weeks/36 hours of experience-based training for young people to understand and adopt good governance.

    The Governance Youth Network aims not only to be a platform where young people can come together and communicate, but also to be a platform where young people design and implement activities to improve governance.

    Although the formation of the Governance Youth Network started in November 2019, it was officially established by holding its first general assembly in May 2020.

    In order to improve the quality of governance in the 2021-2022 period, the following projects are carried out by the volunteers of the Governance Youth Network:

    • Aristotle Social Entrepreneurship

    • Governance Research in Youth Assemblies

    • Governance Handbook

    • Digital YON101 Training

    As young people who are the leaders of today and tomorrow, we know and believe that;

    • People organize into institutions to realize their aspirations and manage their common risks.

    • We need institutions to be more successful for the improvement of our quality of life and for a sustainable future.

    • Institutions that can gain the trust of their stakeholders are more successful in realizing common goals and managing risks.

    • The principles of fairness, transparency, accountability, participation, effectiveness, consistency and responsibility, which are the principles of good governance and have a very important place in our social culture, make institutions more reliable.

    As young people, we are aware that we have a responsibility in shaping the future of society. For this reason, we develop projects to support the development of good governance culture. As Argüden Governance Academy Youth Network, we are working to develop trust in institutions.
