Youth NGOs

We can support and guide youngsters in the transitional pathways of In-Gang in order to get back to school or to find a suitable job. In-Gang is for young people who dropped out of school.

In-Gang offers various support trajectories in a school situation that are a stepping stone to be able to participate in school and afterwards. After the 13-week process, it will be checked whether a youngster can do further training, if this is not the case, we will see what appropriate support we can offer towards other solutions. We are happy to follow youngsters for a while if you started in school or work. If there is a need, youngsters can still receive guidance from a coach from In-Gang.

About the lessons

In 13 weeks, our professional coaches and supervisors work intensively with the young people. Students take theoretical courses and work on group assignments. In addition, there is customization in the form of individual coaching. Classes start at 9:00 am and are given in 1.5 hour blocks. The entire program is spread over three to four days. In this way we offer structure. Our starting point is that the youngsters are the owners of their development in the process.

Admission and programs

There are various facets that play a role in the admission to one of the In-Gang trajectories. This is based on the individual situation of the youngster An acquaintance is always first scheduled, a test can also be taken to see what level and coaching is desirable.
